Got rejected by ValueClick Media

I submitted my site to ValueClick Media, but it got rejected. The only reason given was:
"unable to establish publisher confirmation"
I have mailed them to ask what this means, or how could I prove that I’m the owner of my site, but I got no response.
Has anyone had this experience with them? Do you know what they mean by "publisher confirmation"?
