Indian traffic monetization?

I have a number of sites that focus on technologies that are of interest in the USA and are also of interest in India. I get a good amount of traffic from India and monetize with Google Adsense. The technologies tend to by high end enterprise technology.
Is Adsense the best way to go for high tech Indian traffic?
