Paypal: Account Limitation

Okay, around the start of the year January 2014 my Paypal account received the EU Limitation due to having more than £1,900, Paypal requested that i provide them with all of my legal documentation proof of ID etc. The problem was I didn't really have any viable documentation, my Passport was several years out of date and I didn't really have any documentation from my bank account due to the fact that I have never really used it.
