Just What Would Be a Good Theme for My Blog?

Noitartst.com is my blog, and I'm trying to figure out a decent theme for it, but I simply don't know. I really need one because my blog, as you can see, my blog looks less than professional.
I've been searching for themes at: mythemeshop.com but I'm not wedded to it. I just want to make it as easy and accessible to guests as is realistically possible.
