Design and coding

I want a new design to one of my sites. And also want the coding done.
So I am looking for a skilled designer and coder, that can make my site stand out, and have great design and user experience.
The main site is WordPress, and there is three “off-server” white label affiliate pages that has to be set up with the same design.
The design has to be responsive i.e. Look good on cellphones / iPads etc.
