How soon does paypal transfer to credit cards(India)?

So I will be using a relative's credit card for my paypal account and that should work given the reading up I've done on here. But I was wondering how soon the money is received so that I may withdraw it and use it to post the item. Thank you for you inputs!
P.S.- Any tips for a first time ebay seller would also be really nice!
