Havn’t Received Login Details From Web.com What to Do

Hello Everyone
Today i Purchase a web hosting from web.com for 50 cents per month … They said that they will mail me the login details to my mail id which i entered upon registration , it has been around 6-7 hrs. now but havn't received anything from the host . 50cents have been deducted from my debit card but still no mail from them…
Anyone Tried web.com is it a reliable host or not and what should i do to get my hosting .. shall i mail them …
