Need a USA based partner

We are running a successful web solutions firm here in india since few years and the last 12 months income was $xxx,xxx.
It costs really less to operate from here and we are able to take lot of profit share. However we are unable to reach to more clients and explore more business opportunities since many of them only deal with US registered businesses.
So, i can register an LLC from sitting here in India. However some activities will require a physical presence of someone from the firm…
