Need HTML5/CSS3 for a homepage PSD

Hi,
I'm looking for a quality HTML5/CSS3 coder. You must have a portfolio to apply for this job – i don't care how cheap you are or if you're willing to do this for no payment upfront I'm looking for a quality coder only, preferably one from the UK.
