Indian Needed for PDF upload task

As the title states: I need an Indian guy who will upload PDF files to my site (I will provide source).
minimum 10 daily uploads needed.
Price per upload : Rs-10
Only Indian guys are desired, must have knowledge of WordPress, as the upload interface will be on wordpress.
