OX S Mass Emailer

I need to send out newsletters, I have a SMTP server but I need an excellent OS X application to do list management, bounces, opt out and of course the newsletter composition. I've found MaxBulk Emailer (MaxBulk Mailer) and Serial Mailer (Falkon-Ware) but it seems all new new developments are online services (MailChimp etc) … I need a desktop application on the mac … any advice ?
