Posting and PMs

Hoping to find some help here because things seem to be very unclear with little guidance or help.
I am a paid premium member but I cant seem to create a post without it going to moderation every single time. How long will this continue? Is there anything I can do to speed up this process? I cant even respond to queries on my own sales page.
