PPC manager

I am looking for a server / an individual who offers PPC campaign management. I have looked on Google, and on many forums, and I cannon seem to find any good company / a reliable person who offer PPC campaign management. I mean complete management, like I subscribe to pay you $XX / mo via PayPal, give you a website, maybe some keywords, and you do the rest. I register / host / offer SEO services / do website development for people, and I like to also be able to offer PPC campaigns for my clients, but I don’t have the time / the experience to manage campaigns for all of their sites with everything else that I have to do. Any ideas?
