affiliate peoples are willing to join seo affiliate program?

affiliate peoples are willing to join seo affiliate program ( like backlinkbuild.com /seoaffiliateprogram ?) because i researched many top seo sites but only 4 of them have own affiliate program at same time no one joined affiliate network( like cj ).
so if any one of here join seo affiliate program or re seller program , where ?
because i want to join good seo affiliate program ……:oops:
