autoresponder and list

hello all!!, i need someone to show me the steps on how to make all this come together, i have a hosting account with just host i know how to upload files with my ftp, i know how to go to click bank and other market places and get products along with link cloaking my affiliate link,i know how to do blogs and add links so my promotions, i have bought a lot of already made websites to promote.but this is where i get stuck i don’t know what to do from here,i don’t know how to build a list or set up an auto responder and link all this together can someone point me in the right direction, i feel i have all the ingredients but don’t know how to add it all together and start to bake.
