Pay Per Call Affiliate Marketing Networks – Please recommend me !!

I joined Commission Junction/Revenuering Networks on Sep 15.
After 40 days I finally earned $10 today.
It is small but I am over the moon as it is my first pay per call earning.
I googled and I saw some names,but I am not familiar in this area.
So I do not know who to investigate and choose in priority.
Could please someone recommend any other networks?
