Philippines Based Airlines Affiliate Program

Gidday.
I am looking for an affiliate program that offers bookings for Philippines base airlines, Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific primarily, but others would be good too.
Does anyone know of one?
I currently use expedia affiliates but they only offer Philippine Airlines.
