The best CPM network for our traffic

Hello all,
I am looking for the best CPM network that’s out there right now.
Our website gets over 40,000 unique visitors/month, about 80,000 views/mo. So the top-end networks like TribalFusion we dont qualify for.
What CPM network will accept us? Looking for the highest CPM rate possible
