Active Silent Pay Per Install Affiliate Programs

Hey guys im looking for all active silent pay per install affiliate programs out there, recently installconverter shut down. I was using this program now im all out of luck, only program i know of now is earning4u, i tried contacting them and no response so i got to believe that they are down to. I need a reliable silent ppi program im doing 3000-4000 installs daily, now im basically losing money due to no network. If someone could provide a ppi network that is active no shaving and payments on time id be more then happy to sign up under you thanks.
