Need an advice – What is best for my website? PPC / CPA

Hello,
I have a website with about 20.000-30.000 unique users per day.
The problem is it’s not earning much (currently using AdBrite, few dollars / day – 2-3 ).
Most of my traffic is from European countries.
Question is… what should i choose? PPC or CPA.
Got any good suggestions for any of them?
(I cannot use Adsense since it would be against TOS – not porn, just copyright material)

As you can see i`m new here and didn’t have time to browse all the forum (read lots of threads tho). If you can provide some links to other threads that contain useful information please do
Thanks!
