suggestion on forum advertisment program

Hell folks,
I am running a celebrity and mixed informative forum – http://masalaboard.in. Most of the traffic comes from Asian countries. I have not advertised yet with any Pay Per Click or Pay Per Impression programs. I would appreciate if you folks can suggest a good advertisement program. I get 1000 + visitors per day.
