Developing Quotes For Clients – PPC- Need Some Advice HELP!!!!!!

So,
I am meeting Wednesday with a new PPC client.
However, drum roll please, I always tend to LOCK UP whenever they start talking about prices and the "how much do I need to spend monthly/daily" question. I haven’t done alot of freelancing so not really confident in telling a client…ok you need to spend this month…or even how to go about developing that number.
In my head, I say 110-15% of monthly ad spend, but is this best for a freelancer?? How do you answer when a client says…"how much should i spend monthly"…
