Aweber – Delivery problem ?

Hi guys i know im probably not in the good section but you probably all use aweber and you are doing affiliation! So you maybe have the same problem i have!
In the 2007, my open rate was around 15-20% wich was pretty good!
But now i think there is a problem somewhere! I started a new product 2 month ago with wich i build a new mailing list using aweber!
All subscribers get a free download gift to be sure they see my email and they "autorise me" to send them emails! All my subscribers are opt-in.
In 3 month, i managed to build a list of 10,417 subscribers. I sent a broadcast yesterday….and this moring i look at Aweber stats to see the open rate is 1,4% …. are you kiddding ? no im not!
And since several month…my open rate are VERY low for no reason!
