Google partiality! Blogspot vs WordPress.

Now the seo for wordpress is less to make higher rankings compared to google’s own blogspot blogs.Why is this partiality? Infact blogger lacks proper plugins,features and codings when it comes to be compared against wordpress.
But something nice is that when comes to building a blog ,i find blogspot much easier.
