Best method to get*quickly indexed*bye google

it always have been a big problem to get indexed by search engine.now one method i have been trying since 2 weeks and it worked well for me so , i wanted to share with fellow members.
it work very well for blogs. i dont know about websites, if you can generate Rss feeds with your webpage than it will work.
well when you write posts, wordpress blog generate Rss feeds automatically for your posts, than you have to do is to submit those Rss feeds in any Rss directory and ping them, when you ll ping them and if you had done your on page SEO well than youre post will be detected or indexed very quickly by Google and other search engines.
because pinging the Rss feeds are going to alert search engine that there is just a new content have been created or updated.
