Recommended ad suppliers for our site?

Hi all,
I’m wondering if anyone can provide me with recommendations for our website, http://xpunch.com
We are starting to see our traffic begin to increase and we have been with http://cj.com for a few years now – they have been serving us with banner ads that only pay if the customer ultimately purchases something via the ad.
Given that our users are regular users (the same person returns to the site every single day), I’m thinking that CPC and Affiliate is not the way to go, but instead CPM. Our users just aren’t clicking on the ads.
It’s a professional site (used by people at their workplace), so the ads too must be clean and professional.
