Brad Callen and PPC classroom promotion scam

Just wondering if anyone else got scammed by those two as well ?
Brad had this promotion on PPC Classroom ofering 2 of his products for free if you signup with them. You had to be quick as he said he will only give away for 48 hours from the time they launch their site.
My friend is new to internet marketing so I thought it would be great deal for her. I told her I trust him so she went ahead. Stupid me
All what she got is a charge on credit card and maybe she will get the DVD from PPC Classroom. But no products from Brad. His support is just ignoring the request and not responding to emails. All they did is change the level of lodged support ticket from urgent to low. 48 hours is almost up.
