Best PPC for Gambling Site

Hey,
I’ve seen a lot of posts on this with no real help. I’m looking to advertise a Poker Rakeback site (http://www.CompedPoker.com).
It is outside of Google TOS as it is gambling related. Is there anywhere else that I can purchase PPC traffic from?
