Anybody heard of LinkPayer?

It seems there’s a new player around.
They do have quite an interesting idea – you take any link, mask it with their link masker(something like tinyurl), get a URL similar to this one:

There’s quite allot of formats you can shows ads with, and you get paid for each person entering your link.
Can’t be simpler than that.
Also they have a 3-tier(10%-5%-1%) referral program, and as it’s a new program, there’s quite a good chance to get on the top of the pyramid, since not many people signed up to it yet.
