Hello, Need CTR ESTIMATE.

I need an estimated click through rate by december 3rd if anyone has any ideas. I am using adbrite for publishers on thetubemogul.com and it has a high rate of showing some dating ads but I am going to advertise on a P*rn website realhomesex.net and it cost $50 for 10k unique hits, I am going to purcahse 30k unique hits. Now people who would be jacking off would be more likely to click on an ad that is dating related rather than content or would they just close it because thetubemogul isn’t that porno related(Ideas). I mean just load the webpage and you see some hot babe ads from thetubemogul already. Anyways input would be appreciated. Do you think I would get 10-20%? and what would my payment be per click if anyone uses adbrite.
