I am looking for affiliate programs..

Hi, I am looking for affiliate programs which offers text / small image and payout thru Paypal. Something like people click on my banner and once they signed up, I will get commission.
Like hostmonster and bluehost. But i can’t find my country in their country list =.=.
Any other better ones beside them? Thank you.
