I want to start a keyword target campaign.. Please help

I want to start a keyword targeted campaign. Which one at present is the best converting source? What about 7search and Clicksor? are their traffic good? Will there be any bot clicks from them? I inquired at clicksor and came to know that their minimum CPC is $0.10 . I don’t mind in paying $0.10 but is that worth paying there?
Please give recommendations or suggestions. And don’t please spam the thread .
