Raw Cpm Banner Advertising

I was wandering what are the best sites for RAW CPM banner advertising.
I want to publish a few banners on my site and i was wandering whats the best site to use to publish banners.
I am only interested in RAW CPM as I have alot of visitors but alot of them are the same visitors throughout the day.
I don’t mind low paying RAW CPM as I have alot of traffic daily. I would just like one thats reliable.
