The Best Pay per impresion program

i never used pay per impressions until now, but i would like to try it,so i can increase my earnings. If anyone used this kind of programs,i would appreciate if you can wright a review about it…and if it worked great for you.I am sure a lot of users are curios about it.
what program do you use now?and how much they pay per 1000 impressions?
