Self service PPC web based software tools?

I have about 1,400 ad groups each for Adwords, Yahoo and Microsoft.
I was looking for self service web based tools to help me with those accounts.
I need solutions in these areas:
1- Bulk uploading of my 1,400 ad groups.
2 -Keyword recommendation (hopefully in bulk)
3 -Ad copy recommendations
4 -Bid management based on CPA and/or ROAS
5 -See competitor ad copy and keywords.
If all of these can be done with one tool than great, if not I am okay working with several tools.
