I have applied to CPAEmpire, Commission Junction, Cl8ick Cash, the list goes on and on.
No one is giving me a membership. I don’t want to make a site until I know what my ads are going to be. Makes sense, right?
WTF, WHO (that definitely PAYS) is going to accept me into their service?
How can I get started if they wont even let me start?
