Real Estate Listing PPCs?

I have a real estate related domain & would like to set it up with actual property listings that would be PPC. I tried a hack version with adsense but no way to be sure the ad that show up is a property & not a ’selling real estate’ ad. Anyone heard of PPC company that has this?
