Need a good helper [Weird]

Hey,
Maybe this will sound a little weird to you, but I really want to get it. Can someone please sign me up with some good CPM networks using their website. I am trying to sign up at www.cpxinteractive.com, they didn’t accept my website. There was this guy who used his website and signed up my friend for that network, but he’s in INDIA now. Can someone please help me..I need a good website that I can see to sign up … plz plz plz plz 🙁
