Rejected By Paypopup , Need another program

After joining paypopup and waiting for being accepted i got rejected ..
So I added adrbite and am getting about 0.5$ for every 1000 ad zone views
Ad zone views [?] 6,701
Clicks [?] 4
Ad revenue $3.35
I joined layer-ads.de but I really don’t understand anything since it is german..
Can anybody suggest a popup or pop-under network that will accept my site ..
The site is free image hosting and getting around 10000 PV’s/day
I can make about 8-18$ with popup and not 3.35 $ .
