CPM/CPC For romanian traffic

Hi,
I bought a new web site from a friend, and it has 200.000 page views daily.
The main problem is that the traffic is 90% romanian.
What company would you recommand?
I’m interested in a minimum 0.20-0.30$/CPM or 0.10$/CPC…

No pop-ups or layer ads… just contextual or in-text!
