Are mp3 site is okay for adsense TOS?

i have mp3 blog that served google adsense ads…are it okay?the blog is provided latest mp3 download but it put disclaimer in my blog like this
For those who have download mp3 file from my site, don’t forget to delete that particular file within 24 hour from your computer or pendrive, If you are tend to keep that file i will not responsible of any of your illigal sharing or public commercial.

Please support these artists by purchasing their ORIGINAL CDs. We prevent people to buy any original cds but the most importantly is with this download available people can avoid any disappointment before buying an album.
so are my mp3 blog is still not against google adsense tos?
