AdBrite CPC/CPM Question.

Alright, AdBrite is a little confusing.
Is there a way to have CPM or CPC ads by AdBrite, like AdSense, or must individual advertisors buy them? I selected Text Ads only, and configured everything, but it’s still showing the "Advertise Here" ad.
