Google Maps Street View Brawl?

Google Sightseeing caught a series of images taken by Google Maps’ Street View that seem to show some sort of altercation between two men, a fight photographed by the van as it passed them by. It looks like one guy takes a swing at another guy then shoves him onto the hood of a car, followed by him chasing the other guy down the street. At the end of it, the guy who was attacked seems to have a bit of a bloody nose, and maybe a bruise below his ear.
