Can we control the type of ads that appear in Adversal?

I added Adversal code to one of my sites today. I clicked on one of the internal links to find out an adult advertisement pop-up.
Is there any way to restrict the ads to only clean sites?
(I also mailed this to adversal support…thought someone here might know an answer)
