how to create conversion code for ppc?

i have problems with my second website
iam a bit concerned over ppc conversion rates. though i have good clicks but not very good profit……not even good…..
How can i create a code on my website that can track my sales and update that in google adwords/ microsoft adcentre?…
Can any one here tell me how to do that…….for my earlier website, everything was autommatically done……help from a seo..
i just wana know abt the way to do these things.
