how much time it takes in adbirte?

in adbrite prog how much time it takes that an advertiser will accept my application …. when adbrite ads r not displaying then by the default how my adsense ads r showing i have already remove my adsense code and put adbrite code … is it against the adsense code that i have put adbrite code but the adsense ads are displaying?
