Newbie Help For Adult Site!

Hi im running a adult site which shares mobile phone clips and i need to find a new way of making £ as google has banned me from adsense.
i get loads of hits and fairly good google trafic im looking for a pay per click way of making £ can any one suggest to me a good way?
