Please help me to choose best PPC network for my site.

My site is related to helth and get more than 500k impressions per month. Please help me to choose best PPC program from the below list or If you know any better network then please let me know.
1. yesadvertising.com
2. miva.com/us/
3. industrybrains.com
4. adknowledge.com
5. Kanoodle Brightads
6. Clicksor.com
I tried below networks.
1. Google Adsense – Banned in 1 week without any reason
2. adbrite – Very few ads and not related to website content
3. Bidclix – Very few ads and not related to website content
4. Bidvertiser – I feel they are cheating, clicks are not registered properly.
5. Sta-ads – Site report shows 50 clicks but $0 earning, poor customer support
6. YPN – Waiting for approval
7. Adsonar- Waiting for approval
8. Vibrantmedia – Website look unprofessional so removed them.
