Just joined AdBrite

Hi all,
After being declined by AdSense and probably Yahoo! Publisher…I decided to join AdBrite.
I was just wondering if any site can join and start making money? Is it much harder then Google AdSense? Does it work just like AdSense?
Its funny because I went through the signup process and didn’t expect to be "accepted" right away…which is one of the reasons I’m creating this post. Also wondering if anyone had any real success with AdBrite?
