$600k in a year on YPN – impressive?

Lee Dodd said in this interview that he made around $600,000 with YPN in a year. Is this exceptionally good? I know that people can make huge sums on Adsense but this is the first time I’ve heard of similar figures from Yahoo. I assume this must be quite possible – but how on earth? LOL
